omg..
have been feeling so tired lately.
dun feel like doing anything.. online i oso sian diao =X
sleep quite early too.. okay, 12am is considered early for me =S
and today im gonna sleep damn early.
im gonna sleep right after this post.

anyway, went shopping wif weiling on saturday!
bought quite a number of things.. especially bags.
i altogether bought 3 bags(& 1 more on friday), 1 belt, 1 top.
omg.. 4 bags in two consec days!! O_O"
as if my money dropped from sky and can get free flow of $$$~ *duh*
tink next time when i start to work, my money will go mostly to bags i guess ><

First thing first, i want complain!!!!!!
my comp is sooooooooooo lag!
last week alrd like dat liao, but den this week is really bth de loh.
load one page nid approx 3-5mins??
if not is suddenly close ALL my windows..
den i nidda reopen the IE and chat windows again.
worst is msn chat windows.. need a real loooong time open the window.
and in the midst of my chats, it will auto sign out or even close my window.
den i will miss out wad some of my frens had typed, den hafta ask them retype again. WTH

juz now more worst~
went online at 9++pm to post something on FB. den sign in msn~
tuupid comp laggy again.. and signed me out immed aft i signed in.
and it took me 1+ hr (until now) to restart my comp and open all my windows!!!

i know my comp is old le..
but it cannot do this to me ma~
i very xing ku de loh. =S

okay.. enuff of complains. =x
back to my main thing i wanna post.
yap. september is full of birthdays de month, to me..
its 18th sept le.. alrd have 6 of my frens' birthdays over~
upcoming there is still 2 more birthdays..
namely JinHong & ZhiWei. =O
one is tmr. another is day after tmr. yes, consecutive. =S

Amazing leh.. i wrote so much liao.
If its not for the CRapS module during year1, i guess i wun be blogging le.

omg. this paper sux man~
all those i din study, or have the least impression de notes..
ALL appear as qns on the exam paper!
wan dan liao le lah. 1st time so suay, spot totally wrong de qns. =0

wads worst is..
Mr Aw kept saying things like
"i'm sure when u all see the paper, will grin from ear to ear!"
"this paper is so easy right?"
and he keep smiling the whole period of time.
im on the verge of crying when i see the qns le loh..
still say all these kinda 'demoralising' sentences.
wtf. =X

but frankly speaking, the paper is considered easy de lah..
its juz dat im juz plain suay-ness or im juz tuupid enuff to spot totally wrong de qns.
1st time in my life spot qns can spot until so lao-ya.
sad and disappointed.

tian ar.. this paper really sux big time.
arghhhhhhhh~
study sooo many hrs. keep repeating to memorize those i deem as impt ones, til i can literally say it out loud wif only lil bit of errors. and those i tot not so impt de, juz merely flip thru only.
and suay suay those i tot not-so-impt de qns all came out =(

but in MCQs and ONE short qn which is add up to less than 10 marks?

this paper is a goner alrd.

I really do hope i can get a grade A for this GEMS. *distinction wld be better =P*
Im craving for an A loh.
haven been getting an A since the IDEA module in yr 1.

Me, jy and qii spent a full whole day. the day before to complete this loh.
went qii's hse at noon, do until abt 11pm. reach home at abt 12am.
den continue doing till 4+am. sleep at 5am.
wake up 3 hrs later to go school CONTINUE do the podcast. and den the presentation!!!

reach home, study notes den at abt 9pm, i damn tired.
too tired to stay up and watch my show at 10pm.
lie on bed, i jitao slp ar..
thats why i wait til today den blog, ytd no more energy left le.

this podcast ar, actually i have confidence in it de. cos i tink its funny ma~
den before my grp present, other grps de podcast is like sooooo different from us de.

heeee.. im juz here to share the video of 2008 NDP theme song~
was attracted to the video initially is juz bcos of Nat Ho!

actually the video have a few stories in it la.. altogether 3 i tink.
im so touched by one of the story played by Nat & another girl.

There is this guy, in love wif a girl. They first met at a bus-stop, i tink la~
The guy is so in love wif the girl..
den during one of his shoe designing class, or something like dat la.
he thought of the girl and some idea struck him.
and he finally pick up his courage to ask her out. *the card.. so cuteee*

on the day of the date, he was there standing by the bench wif some balloons tie on it and holding on a present.
he waited and waited for the girl to come, but to no avail.
aft hrs of waiting, he left. but still with everything intact. the balloons and the present.

wheres the girl? in fact, she is there all along, hiding.
she dun dare to go and meet him.
the reason being, her being abit physically disabled.
she had some walking problem. she dun walk well with a normal walking posture..
so mayb its due to the girl, feeling inferior of herself or mayb she thought he might not know her problem. cos when he saw her, its like she is always sitting down de la.. i dunno la

so aft seeing him left, she went to the bench.
took up the present and open it.
its a pair of shoes made by himself.
a pair of shoe with soles one thicker than another.
allow her to walk better i tink.
she smiled!!

den it ended like this.. =.="
never show happy ending.
but i still love this video.
the guy is great rite? =D

although the Nat&girl parts, here and there add up to not even a min of the video,
its enuff to touch someone. especially me~
firstly, im happy for the girl!!
she found someone who doesnt mind her slight slight disability.
(i noe its juz a story, not real.. but its still sweet ma XD )
secondly, mayb this story de character made me got that 感同身受 feel bah.
i oso had some kinda same walking problem as her ma..

done all the assignments and stuffs~
left only the GEMS recording to be done wif qii & jy.
and taddaaa~!
no more things to do liao!
and i can finally concentrate on my mugging liao~!!

tues got presentation. hafta do LIM de assignment.
wed nidda go sch for GEMS module and poly 50 stuffs. =.="
thurs hafta stay home do LIM de report and SAW de assignment.
fri i bet i also doing the same things as thurs, cos im sure i wun finish by thurs.
sat tink is go qii's hse to do & discuss on GEMS & EIC presentation stuffs.
sun is stay at home do the rest for those presentations stuffs bah, i guess.

still rmb our sisters kbox outing was like 1 and 1/2 yrs ago..
finally we girls can sing our hearts out again!
had great fun singing, shouting and jumping wif them~

lolx. anyway, was late for this meeting again!
OUR very USUAL pattern~
i guess ALL our meetings was not on time rite, girls? =X
today even more tock gong, all 5 were late~!
we were suppose to meet at amk at 1pm sharp de..
den at ard 1+pm, all sms here n there saying gonna be late!
all at different places !!!

at ard 1.30pm, finally all were assembled =D
den rush to somewhere ard amk de sushi shop to have lunch..
by then, we only left abt 20mins to eat in order to be on time..

our kbox room was so so so big lah!
when we all saw our room, we were like shouting in joy loh..

Went for lib gathering today~
Tot the juniors will be attending,
in the end all the junior batches din turn up.

Went for Rynn Lin Yu Zhong's mini concert at ngee ann poly ytd~
actually i decided to go is juz bcos i can meet up wif my girls
but aft i went for this 'concert'..
im totally 'in love' wif him liao~
so musically incline and talented =D
can sing, compose songs..
he look much better in person too XD
his songs are NICEEEE loh~

sidetrack: haix.. shld have shaked hands wif him when he is juz behind me. was too stunned tt he actually walked thru the audience and appear right behind me. (tot he only walk in front. i at last row loh.) juz watched him walk past.. and realise forget shake hands. i guess me, val n esp yh muz be feeling so dissapointed tt we actually kena stunned til forget ba.. although actually got nothing inside the bao de..
but it taste SWEET leh!

Next, the drink that is named MANGO KING!!
its ice blended mango juice~
wif mango pudding at the bottom, mango chucks & whipped cream!
Tastes SUPERB okay!
the ice is like soooooo fine tt it doesnt taste like ice loh. (much finer than snow ice =D)
dissolved as soon as its in the mouth!
OMG! heavenly~!!! muahahahaa *^^,*

Now.. its time for the meal~
okay, i noe it isnt considered as a meal.. cos its juz a toast .
but its delicious de loh.. outside crispy, inside soft.
wads best is the jug of honey provided for us to pour onto the toast
AS MUCH AS WE LIKE!!! lolx.
ps: we both alrd use abt 1/2 the jug~ =x

Lastly, the dessert!!
Its mango pudding wif mango chunks and mango ice-cream!!!

getting more and more dissapointed
dissapointed in everything.
my family. my friends. myself.
kinship. frenship. relationship. everything~
or shld i say not dissapointed.
shld be lost hope. lose hope in everything.
things are no longer as simple as wad i had always thought as.

always tot that although realtionship dun last,
there are at least kinship and frenship. long lasting ones.
seeing the sore r/s btwn relatives . sad
parents quarreling all day long. sad
parents maintaining their r/s bcos of their children and remain in agony. sad
couple tt used to be so sweet and understanding can turn bad overnight. sad
the wall of frenship tt was built up for a few years crumbled. sad

life is full of sadness.

ppl cannot stand one another anymore is it?
divorce. breakup. frenship breakdown. etc
is it really all kinds of relationship dun last over time??
TIME is the prime culprit tt cause everything to change.
but we could juz do nothing but watch time slowly goes by.
everything turns out to be so brittle and fragile when faced with time.

how i wish i was young again.
everything was soooo pure, simple and nice.
parents seems so loving.
relatives seems so caring towards one another.
friendship seems to be so strong.
love seems to be long lasting and the best thing one could ever have.

when we are young...
our mind and brain are so simple n pure
to actually tot tt everything was so smooth-saling.
even though it might not be the truth,
we are still happy then. aren't we?

too much things happen recently.
be it minor or major ones.
causing me to be so so so emo to have typed all these.

anyway, if someone were to gimme 3 wishes;
i would wish for:

1. family to be loving towards one another. parents stop their quarrelling. (KINSHIP)
2. friends to stop their guessing, bu shuang-ing wif one another. Open-up and tell what they really feel to to maybe, avoid all these. (FRIENDSHIP)
3. a bf/husband that is able to love me always or at least dont leave/betray me til i end. (RELATIONSHIP)

came to realise that actually in my subconscious.. life seems to be a fairytale
which turns out to be the exact opposite.
i shld try to learn to accept all these.
learn to accept the real world.

2mths of itp is finally over le.
have a great great time during my attachment =D

really miss those ppl from coffee club..
esp those kitchen guys..
treat me so damn good de. although they do 'bully' me sometimes...
i want eat wad, they cook wad + extra food.
sometimes they even come out of kitchen and 'serve' me the food. lolx
of cos i oso miss those CSA tt im close with..

i miss...
ah fai - a cook who like to 'harass' me in the bar or kitchen n oso cook yumilicious 'extra portion' food for me. the one who start the trend of calling me 'xiao mei' juz bcos i called him 'uncle' when i first saw him. he claimed tt it broke his heart. LOL! ppl first time when see kitchen ppl all old de ma.. so saw him oso call him uncle loh. who ask him to look abit older than his age. =PP

ah hui - a cook who like to come to my bar very often to talk to me and me having no respect for. ppl call him either by his nick or name. i juz simply call him 'ooi' or 'eh eh eh' when he is like the big shot in C.C =X

ah leong - a cook who like to talk talk abt those 'dirty' stuffs. a very normal thing when said by him will be a dirty thing. i really wonder if his brain haven been wash for a long long time therefore its dirty! lolx. i really miss quarrelling with him esp when i ask him to go for a brainwash, his rxn damn funny. =P

charlene - a girl whom i got along very very well when we know each other for even less than 1 day. ppl alrd tot we are long time fren le. =)

adeliene - a girl whom i got along quite well too. initially only is charlene and her. now got me in their grp. a mature girl too. although she is the youngest among us.

weiqiang - "a guy whom is quiet". BUT thats wad other ppl say initially de. when i work with him, he is not quiet at all okay.. can crap and lame. ppl say he suddenly change le. from quiet to lame.. wads the reason?? we are still investigating. =S but one thing i can confirm.. he is a gentle man and everyone agrees with both hands =D

zakiy - a malay guy whom i got along well with. such a cute and fun guy. when he late he will ask me to fold his sleeves for him la, clock in for him la.. all kinds of things. lolx. one thing that i will not forget abt him is him always being the one taking the most number of cakes home de! cake freak is him!!!!

steven - an uncle whom is my 'shifu'. he taught me alot alot alot of things. especially things regarding the bar. he trust me alot too. =)

dinner: we suppose to eat but no time cos nid rush for movie.. din eat.
but he alrd bought... so he eat...
SUBWAY. bread wif ALL kind of VEGETABLES and nothing else.
dinner+supper: we went eat at MOS burger. all ordered a meal or at least burger.
he ordered juz... one dunno-wad-cranberry-yoghurt-thingy.
omg loh.. he survive wif all those food.
wanna maintain his good body oso dun nid like dat ma... =S
if one day i eat like him.. i sure will slim. CONFIRM. lolx

before we headed home.. went took some photos.
was an enjoyable day for me at least.

as a promotor for a educational toys and stuffs de company, "LeapFrog"
at B2 the atrium there. "toys wonderland" fair.

work quite relax la..
juz tt hafta stand for 12hrs loh. but i used to it le lah. =)
den the thing i like abt doing sales job is i can get more sense of satisfaction.
esp when customers, even juz one, they say "u're a great help! thank you" would made my day.

i noe i haven been blogging for soooooo long alrd.

been busy loh. wad to do. quizzes, reports, projs AGAIN.

its abit late to blog abt this.. but still hafta blog
yap. the SFMA food competition had finally officially ended!!

although we didnt manage to clinch any of the 5 prizes,

but i enjoyed the whole thing.

if i say im not dissapointed when we din win any, im sure to be lying.

but aft tt day, i ok alrd.

bcos i actually tot we could clinch at least a prize.

cos our BN got quite good respond from the tchers and judges.

esp the host that day. keep mentioning our BN. den made me pin hope =(

nvm. its all over.

learnt alot of things during the 1/2 year of product development.

esp the ppl ard that cared so much for us.

Dr saw.. the ever-so-nice lecturer who will acc us until 11+pm in sch and buy us dinnerS and get even more excited than anyone one of us when we appear on papers.

finally. its over. feel so happy and relieved.

had been tough coming to this stage.

met alot of challenges.

learnt ALOT of new things.

but im still happy to be able to be in this competition.

although really takes up most of our time, i still feel its worth it.

wahaha.. gonna tell u ppl my grandmother story abt how we came abt to this final stage! =D
ITS VERY LONG.

one reason why i wrote so long is to let me able to rmb this memory in detail. =P

firstly. i shall introduce our sponser.

DRAGON'S BRAND BIRD'S NESTS

treat us not bad leh =)

our first stage. bought alot of things to experiment the different flavours.

failed. cos most of it taste weird. =S

decide to try using liquor.

actually was ok one.

but we were to choose from either liquor or honey lemon.

decide to do honey lemon. cos 2 vs 1

so we tried doing honey lemon flavour BN.

but the honey n lemon sort of denatured the BN.

change the colour and softness.

we decide to investigate.

so later on we conclude tt its the honey's fault.

use honey rocksugar instead of honey.

outcome actually also quite the same.

so we decide to do away with honey.

left lemon. but with fruits.

outcome is not bad. taste nice.

problem is solution cloudy. not nice.

we sian by the outcomeS.

cos BN is so difficult to maintain.

will change colour.. contracts.. bcom hard,

upon mixing wif other things

the most impt thing is deadline is near.

panick.

den dr saw suggest we shld juz do with lemon.

without other things alrd.

tried diff concentrations and things like dat.

finally it taste not bad. =)

its juz tt cant suspend well.

glucose syrup came to help!

everything was quite ok alrd.

fine tune-ing left. =))

packaging was ok.
our very own designer, qii..
did a very good job!
change abit here n there couple of times.
decide to put extra label outside and ribbons to make it look nicer.

on wednesday, two days before the deadline.
we stayed in school until 11pm to do our BN solution.
when we are leaving.. the school is VERY DARK sia.
bet no one had stayed in sch as late as us (except for stay overnights la)
sad things is.. we stayed for so long to do our thing.
the solution dunno why taste BITTER.
sad and panicky again.
late min error man...

so we plan to do on friday, the day the presentation.
at first we tot the bitterness is cause by some calculation error
that make our solution bitter.
so aft prac, we immed start work.
IT IS STILL AS BITTER! =S
we were so scared.
cos we only left less than 1 hr before heading to the venue for presentation.
in our fastest speed, we make another batch.
LUCKILY. it turns out OKAY.
we were so so so so so relieved.
u can nv imagine how relieved we are man. =)))

we immed head to the presentation venue.
which is the ' Restaurant Association of Singapore'.
were damn nervous before presentation.
heng it turns out much better than expected!
(took quite a numberof photos there with lecturer's cam.)

the judges, lecturers, mr allan tan seems to love our product!
say our packaging nice la.. taste not bad etc.
were DAMN HAPPY.
even the photographer and some 'reporters' from dunno-where
oso seems to be interested in our product.

the most most happy things is that..
mr allan tan even say tt he wants to commercialise our pdt!!!!!
omg. we were so so so so happy lah. OMG.
although we dunno when will they really launch the pdt,
mayb its soon or even after we graduate.
still very happy. he even say wanna quote our names in the launched pdt sia..

really very happy.
its considered as a big success to us.
even if we din get any prize out of this competition..
its really very precious memories and lesson tt i might not be able to experience it again.

the chalet was fun fun fun!
